Data security overview
When you let us into your systems, you are trusting us with your customers, your people and your numbers. These are the rules every engagement follows.
Last updated 2 November 2026
Your accounts, your access
- We work inside your own systems, in your name, rather than copying your data into ours.
- Each person gets their own named access, never a shared login, limited to what the job needs.
- You can see who has access and remove it at any time.
Customer and staff information
- Personal information is handled under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
- Your customer and staff details never go into outside tools you haven't approved.
- Anything that goes to a customer is checked by one of your people before it is sent, until you choose otherwise.
What we build
- Every process is written on one page and signed off by you before it is built.
- Everything is tested on real work before it is switched over.
- Every automation is documented and recorded, so it never depends on one person’s memory.
- Your embedded lead watches what we have built and fixes anything that breaks.
If something goes wrong
If we become aware of a breach that affects your information, we tell you promptly and work with you on your obligations under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
When we stop working together
You keep everything we built. We hand over within 30 days, and our access to your systems is removed.
This website
- Forms are sent over an encrypted connection and delivered to our inbox and customer records system.
- Your calculator answers stay in your browser unless you send them with the booking form.
- Your visit trail is kept in your browser for the session only.
