About

We move the work, so your people can move the business.

Maintain Automation Partners is part of Maintain Technology, the Australian enterprise-systems specialist. We bring the same discipline to growing businesses: cost every task first, build only what pays back, and stay to keep it running.

  • Founder-led

Every Review is run by someone who has landed big systems programs.

Why we exist

The technology rarely fails. Nobody owning it does.

“I've spent twenty-odd years landing big systems programs, and most of that time fixing the ones that went wrong. What I learned is that the technology rarely fails. What fails is nobody owning it after go-live. So we run it differently: we cost every task before anyone builds anything, and we stay to keep it running.”
Jon Pepper, Founder, Maintain Technology

Growing businesses deserve the same discipline large organisations pay consultancies millions for, without the consultancy. That is the whole idea behind Automation Partners.

How we build

Engineering standards, in plain English.

Every engagement follows the same rules, whoever is doing the work.

  • 01

    Cost before build

Every task is costed and ranked in your Map before anything is built.

  • 02

    One page per process

What starts it, what happens and where a person checks, signed off by you.

  • 03

    Built in your accounts

In your name, on your systems, with access you can remove at any time.

  • 04

    Tested on real work

Nothing is switched over until it has worked on your real jobs.

  • 05

    A person in charge

Anything that goes to a customer is checked by your people until you choose otherwise.

  • 06

    Documented and recorded

Written instructions and recordings for everything we build.

  • 07

    Looked after

Your embedded lead fixes anything that breaks and keeps it current when your software changes.

  • 08

    Measured

A before-and-after against your baseline for every job we take off the list.

Security & privacy

Your data stays yours.

When you let us into your systems, you are trusting us with your customers and your people. These are the rules we work to.

  • Your accounts, your access

We work inside your systems with named access that you control and can remove at any time.

  • Privacy Act

Personal information is handled under the Australian Privacy Principles.

  • No unapproved tools

Your customer and staff details never go into outside tools you haven't approved.

  • Clean handover

If you stop, you keep everything and we hand over within 30 days, then our access is removed.

What we work with

The systems you already run.

Accounting, CRM, job management, rostering, practice management, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. We connect what you have rather than selling you something new, and if something cannot be connected, your Map says so before you spend anything.
