Privacy notice

What we collect

We only collect what we need to book and prepare for your Automation Review:

• What you type into a form: your name, email, mobile, business name, number of staff, industry, biggest bottleneck, when you would like to start, and anything you choose to tell us.
• Your calculator answers (staff, admin hours, hourly cost, enquiries and systems) and your snapshot, but only if you send them with the booking form. Until then they never leave your browser.
• How you found us: the campaign tags in the link you arrived from, and the short list of steps you took on this visit (for example, "calculator started"). This is kept in your browser for the session and only sent with a form you submit.
• Standard technical information our hosting provider records to keep the site running and secure, such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• To contact you, book your Automation Review and prepare for the call, so you do not have to repeat yourself.
• To follow up about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Cookies

These pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies. If you use the booking calendar, it is provided by Microsoft and is covered by Microsoft’s own privacy statement.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under their own privacy and security obligations: our email delivery provider, our customer records system, our website host and Microsoft (for calendar bookings). Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Information in your systems

When we work in your business, your customer and staff information stays in your systems and is handled under your agreement with us. See the data security overview for how we work.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or tell us to delete it, by emailing info@maintain.com.au. If you have a privacy complaint, email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
